1. In case of loss or damaged product it is always necessary to capture the unboxing videos and pictures to claim for a reissue.
2. In case if you fail to do so we will not be able to assist you with the refund or reissue of the product missed or damaged.
3. Once the investigation process is completed from the company's end the customer would be provided with a reference id wherein the customer can provide the same to the concerned department while placing the next order so that the reissued product will be dispatched along with that order.
Note: The work around time for the entire process would take 5 - 7 business days.
